As his passion for gastronomy deepened, Anthony became the Executive Chef at Itsy Bitsy, a renowned ramen and whiskey establishment, honing his skills in flavor development. Currently, for the past three years, he serves as the Executive Chef at Pizza Rock, working alongside the esteemed 13-time world pizza champion, Tony Gemignani, showcasing his unwavering dedication to culinary innovation and storytelling through food.

He has deep technical experience in cloud infrastructure and technical architecture, particularly within the realm of order-ahead apps in the restaurant space, where his contributions have earned multiple awards.
