Anthony’s distinguished culinary career is marked by his role as Executive Chef at Herbs and Rye in Las Vegas, where he assumed leadership after mastering various kitchen stations. Later, at Bunkhouse, a contemporary music venue, he redefined bar cuisine. As his passion for gastronomy deepened, Anthony became the Executive Chef at Itsy Bitsy, a renowned ramen and whiskey establishment, honing his skills in flavor development. Currently, for the past three years, he serves as the Executive Chef at Pizza Rock, working alongside the esteemed 13-time world pizza champion, Tony Gemignani, showcasing his unwavering dedication to culinary innovation and storytelling through food.
